            Percentage rate Tenders are invited from  contractors having 'A' class  valid license issued by Madhya Pradesh Licensing Board (Electrical) on behalf of the M.P. Rural Road Development Authority for the work "Shifting/Raising of High Voltage (HV)/Medium Voltage (MV)/Low Voltage (LV) lines and poles from alignment of PMGSY Road, testing and commissioning.  

Contractors are to quote rate in terms of percentage below/above or at par of the estimated rates given in BOQ.

 Note:

  1. EMD is 2% of the PAC to be submitted in the from of DD/FDR payable to the GM, PIU shown in column no. 6.
  2. Tender document may be purchased from the office of the G.M. PIU mention in column no. 6 up to 4:00 Pm 02 /01/2012.
  3. Last date for submission of tenders in concerned PIU office is up to 3 P.M. on 03/01/2012 technical bid will be opened at 3.30 P.M. on the same day.
  4. Financial bid of technically qualified bidders will be opened on 05/01/2012 from 11:00 A.M. at MPRRDA head quarters, Bhopal.
  5. Other details can be obtained from the office of the GM PIU mentioned in col.6 and Tender document may be viewed on our website www.mprrda.com .
  6. To qualify for award of contract, contractor should have in the last 3 years,

(a)    achieved in any one year minimum financial turn over (from electrical works) equivalent to 75% of amount put to tender (PAC of the package)

(b)    Satisfactorily completed at least one similar work equal in value to 1/2 of the estimated cost of work for which the bid is invited. 

  1. Copy of license issued by MP licensing board (electrical) and documents (profit and loss account and balance sheet) in support of turn over and experience certificate etc. should be submitted in separate cover marked as technical bid. EMD & financial offer should also be submitted in separate covers each marked as EMD & financial offer.
     
  1. This detail NIT is supplement to the detailed NIT printed in the tender document. Conditions given herein above will prevail over the conditions given in the tender document if there is any inconsistency between the two.
