1.   Tender Document may be purchased from the office of MPRRDA Paryavas Bhawan, Jail road, Arera Hills, Bhopal on payment in cash or DDpayable to MPRRDA Bhopal up to 4.00 PM. on 19/12/2011 Tender documents requested by mail will be dispatched by registered / speed post on payment of an extra amount of Rs. 200/- The authority will not be responsible for the postal delay, if any, in the delivery of the documents or non  receipt of the same. Bid document may also be downloaded from our web site http://www.mprrda.com/. In such case, cost of bid document  for each Slice will have to be submitted in the form of DD with the tender.  

2.        Receipt of applications for issue of tender forms by post will be stopped from 09/12/2011

3.       Completed Tender documents must be delivered to the Chief General Manager, MPRRDA on the address given above on or before 20/12/2011 up to 3:00 P.M. Technical offers will be opened on the same day from 3:30 P.M. Financial offers of the technically qualified bidders will be opened on 24/12/2011 at 3:30 P.M.

4.       Tenders are to be submitted in 3 envelope system as detailed below;

(i)              Envelope-I    containing EMD in the form of DD/FDR in favor of MPRRDA Bhopal.

(ii)             Envelope-II   containing technical bid - information about the firm, last 3 years audited P/L A/c with balance sheet, details of similar supplies made in last 3 years with certificate of employer regarding satisfactory performance etc.

(iii)           Envelope-III financial offer and all the 3 envelopes should be kept in a bigger envelope and marked as "Tender for supply of Quality Control equipments due on."-------

(iv)           Envelope-IV- Cost of  Bid Document, if  downloaded from web site.   

4.1 The bidder should furnish data to support that he has the capacity to perform the contract. For this purpose the bidder should have turn over equal to estimated cost of the slice given in column 5 above relating to supply of Quality Control Equipments for civil Engineering works in any one years during last three financial years. If P/L account does not clearly indicate turnover from supply of Quality Control equipment, a certificate from CA indicating turnover from supply of Quality Control equipment for civil Engineering works should be submitted.

4.2 (a) for Slice-I Bidders will be qualified only if they have Supplied such Quality Control equipments equal to  minimum 65 percent value of the estimated cost given in column 5 above  in a single order during last three years in any Government Department or public under taking. :

(B) for Slice-II Bidders should be either manufacturer or authorized dealer and should have experience of such bulk supply in Government Departments/undertaking. In support bidder should submit certificate of Concerned Department/undertaking indicating date of work order No. of  Generator-set Supplied and their Performance.  

 

5.       If  Tendered is an authorized dealer, he should submit certificate from the manufacturer to that effect in the format given in annexure- III of the tender document with his technical bid failing which tender will not be considered.

6.       For each item name of manufacturer make and other complete detailed specifications should be given.

a.             Supplier should clearly indicate whether the material supplied will be conforming to ISI specification or it will have ISI mark also. If both ISI and non ISI mark equipments are available rates for both should b quoted separately.

b.             Make/Manufacturer’s name of  equipment should be clearly indicated.

c.             Name of 3 Govt./Public undertaking organizations where material has been supplied in last 5 years should be given with performance report.

7         Details of accessories to be supplied with main item should be clearly mentioned.

8         The minimum guarantee period of the Equipment supplied will be one year from the date of supply or testing whichever is later If any defect is noticed during this period the Equipment will be replaced with no extra cost.

9         .Supplier will have to sign agreement at MPRRDA headquarters Bhopal and make supplies as per list of consignee given in the NIT. Payment will also be released by the consignee.

10     Security deposit - 5% of the contract amount will have to be submitted at the time of  agreement in the form of FDR/BG of scheduled commercial Bank valid for minimum period of 18 months from the date of agreement and 5% will be recovered from each payment. This security deposit will be released after expiry of guarantee period.

11     Period for supply - 3 months from the date of work order.

12     Testing & demonstration - supplier will have to submit test certificate of Equipment and after completing supply demonstrate that Equipment is working properly.

13     Conditions of this NIT will supersede conditions of tender document to the extent they are inconsistent with the conditions of NIT.

14     Validity of offer is 120 days from the lost date of submission of offer.
